  1. H3 style rubber for bh

I tried H3N 38 on backhand on Viscaria - and it's just FIRE. The spin is immense and the ball acceleration is solid. The only downside is the need to play with the closed vat angle, as it doesn't forgive being late to your shot. You gotta work for every shot, but the spin is levels above any...
  2. Most attractive table tennis players

    1) Christina Kallberg. 2) Bruna Takahashi. 3) Qian Tianyu. 4) Annett Kaufmann. 5) Bernadette Szocz.
  3. Most attractive table tennis players

Nvm, I just saw you liking the post saying "I'm a Chinese Singaporean and we do the same. Too fat too skinny, head too big, and body proportion is off.. we comment about everything out loud. Hypocrisy in Westerners are a joke lol". You also said that for your culture that is the norm. But now...
  4. Most attractive table tennis players

But you recently said that pointing out loud other people's appearances flaws is being "honest", which "hypocrite westerners" aren't capable of? :)
  5. H3 style rubber for bh

I have tried the H8 37 commercial, without a booster and with 3 layers of Falco Long. For me, it's by far the worst rubber I have tried so far on the backhand. It only unlocks speed/spin when you make a thin contact and stand at a perfect place. Which is exactly the opposite of what I want from...
  6. Rank the Top 5 FH and BH in the world today!

FH: 1. Ma Long - hands down the best. I wanted to review his godly HF status, watched the latest China Grand Smash final against LSD and.... Jesus Christ, almost every full-swing forehand attack by ML finished the point, LSD just couldn't return or start rallying. 2. Wang Chuqin - IMO, he is...
  7. Yinhe Jupiter 3 Amazing Rubber

For 39 and 40 versions, yes. The trajectory isn't as low as, lets say B2 Gold, but below average for sure. The 38 version is an anomaly across the whole series, it is much bouncier and has a higher trajectory than the rest of the J3 series. It also depends on which booster you're using. For me...
  8. Andro NUZN 55 vs DHS Hurricane 3 Neo Provincial

Well, the injury is fairly tame and only requires a knee bandage. It's about a four-to-five division level league, the whole game is about stable spin 2-3 steps away from the table, just spinning and praying the opponent fails xD From my experience, boosted 37-38 Hurricanes require about...
  9. Andro NUZN 55 vs DHS Hurricane 3 Neo Provincial

As a 6.2 player with an injured right knee myself, I just opted to play with softer Hurricanes (or Jupiters) on a blade with outer carbon. It shortens the required strokes to produce decent speed/spin, makes it much easier to play. Personally, I have also considered trying NUZN 55 thanks to its...
  10. DHS fans unite!

Dunno what you people dislike about new Hurricanes being a tad softer. For me, only the CNT members can successfully capitalize on harder H3 sponges. For us, mortals, less tackiness and more springiness is an improvement, as we don't have to engage the whole body for effective topspins. Hell...
  11. WTT Finals Fukuoka 2024, 11/20-24

So being a rude asshole to strangers is an upside, lol? That's a weird trait to be proud of. It isn't hypocritical to be polite to people, in my opinion. Personally, I don't discuss other peoples' flaws simply because it isn't my business, and I do not want to discuss them behind their backs as...
  12. Post your latest EJ purchase

Received my: - Jupiter 3 Tour (black, blue sponge, 40d, 2.1mm) - turned out to be too hard, challenging to play. - H3N (black, provincial orange sponge, 38d, 2.1mm) - turned out to be a blast, incredible spin and easy to play. On the way: - H8 (red, orange sponge, 37d, 2.15mm) - hopefully it...
  13. boosting .. when again

As someone said above, you should re-boost after you feel the arc becomes lower and the ball lands right under the net or into it. For me, the terms are the following: - Falco Long - 2-3 months or forever. - Haifu National - 2-4 weeks. - Kailin - 7-10 days.
  14. Non boosted Hurricane 3

It depends on how far the unboosted rubber is from your comfort zone. For me, the unboosted version was great, but I kept hitting the top of the net for about 50% of my shots far away from the table. Just tried the boosted H3N 38 with 1 layer of Falco Long, feels superb. The rubber lost a bit...
  15. Non boosted Hurricane 3

Received my H3N 38 (black, OS, provincial, 2.1mm) for forehand and... sadly, it still requires boosting--out of the box it feels fantastic but playing far from the table is extremely challenging. I think 1 layer of Falco Long will be enough. Hopefully.
  16. Beast in ASC Grünwettersbach

Well, Tom's match against Ovtcharov was a more one-sided defeat tho.
  17. WTT Champions Frankfurt 2024

Congrats to the illegal hidden shovel serve <3
  18. Yinhe Jupiter 3 Amazing Rubber

Did you boost it after unpacking? If not, could it be that the factory booster just faded away? I mean, I would surely boost the 41 sponge. In fact, I try to avoid anything beyond 39 degrees, and even 39 degrees means I need to apply at least 2 layers of Falco.
  19. WTT Champions Frankfurt 2024

What a comeback by Walther, a true legend <3 As someone of a similar physical shape but taller, I admire how he manages to move his body effectively during rallies. My boi has so much game read and feeling, love it. Normally, I can only enjoy his games in TTBL, but seeing him win...
