I can tell from my experience as i receiving spin from both of this rubber from one player on one blade .... They are both monsters in generating of spin and from the side of receiving it looks like both have the +- same spin . when the opposite player has played with different rubbers like...

Yes he is using reverse pendulum serve .. .and according to this video he is using backspin and side spins but i think he knows also no spin and top spin with it. but what is interesting from this video is how shiny his rubber is ... do anybody now which type of rubber he is using ?

from what i now you are supposed to pay vat ... there are no exceptions for USA or AU If you are not paying them you are just breaking the low . You can just ask for refund the vat afterwards .. but you have to pay it in your country.
