  1. Anyone recognise this blade?

Used by Zeng Beixun of China during the recent finals of the 2025 FISU World University Games. The bottom looks like the STIGA emblem but I can’t seem to find a blade that matches the image. Anybody care to shine some light?
  2. My 11.11 Haul ‼️‼️

Have always wanted a Harimoto SZLC but couldn't pull the trigger lol. Had a pretty good deal as well, as it came with D09c and D05 for a total of approximately 372 USD.

  8. 729/Friendship Dragon F and Dragon L

How does the Dragon L soft compare to the Dragon L medium-soft or Dragon F medium-soft? And what is the hardness approximately (ESN or DHS)? I am genuinely curious as I'm looking for a ESN 45-47 degree rubber for my rpb backhand.
  9. Backhand Rubber for Reverse-Penhold Backhand (rpb)

After sleeping on it for a while, I've decided that I will either go with Rhyzen Ice/Fire in 2.0mm or Goldarc 8 47.5 in medium thick. Anyone has any idea which rubber will suit my blade more (DHS Hurricane G)? It is an inner ALC blade with differing wood outer plies.
  10. Backhand Rubber for Reverse-Penhold Backhand (rpb)

My blade is the DHS Hurricane G, with inner ALC and BH outer ply of either Limba or Ayous so I suppose it’s not too fast? More of the control side. How soft would you say is too soft on the ESN scale? I don’t rly want to go above 48 ESN but I don’t really have a sense of the bottom line since in...
  11. Backhand Rubber for Reverse-Penhold Backhand (rpb)

Unfortunately I don’t think my rpb is at your level yet
  12. Backhand Rubber for Reverse-Penhold Backhand (rpb)

Even Rhyzen Ice is too fast? Damn
  13. Backhand Rubber for Reverse-Penhold Backhand (rpb)

I am nowhere near his level haha, and I believe K3 is way too hard for me to properly utilise the sponge on my rpb.
  14. Backhand Rubber for Reverse-Penhold Backhand (rpb)

What’s cracking my fellas, I am back once again to ask for your opinions and suggestions! To preface, I’m simply playing CPen as a side hobby, as I am currently maining a shakehand short pips. Therefore u can say that I am sort of a beginner at CPen even though I have the basics down as I’ve...
  15. Low-Throw Rubber on Low-Throw Blade

Recently got myself a Stiga Cybershape as a birthday gift. A beautiful and sleek-looking blade indeed. I'm thinking of pairing it with the Jekyll&Hyde V52.5 on the forehand. To my knowledge, both the blade and rubber are relatively low-throw and are fast. Like really fast. Would this combination...
  16. Butterfly Zhang Jike ZLC vs SZLC vs T5000

How would you compare the Ovtcharov Innerforce ALC to the Harimoto Innerforce Super ZLC if by chance you have experience with these 2 blades?
  17. Butterfly Zhang Jike ZLC vs SZLC vs T5000

Interesting that you brought up Innerforce. Me personally, I look for speed to kill with my BH short pips flip and punch, but also the control to block and spin and power to loop on my FH inverted. It seems that the Butterfly Innerforce technology would be perfect for my preferences. I know...
  18. Friendship 729 Battle 2 National vs Friendship 729 Battle 3

I'm guessing that this means that B2 national is a traditional Chinese rubber while B3 behaves a tad more like European rubbers? Correct me if I'm wrong, but does the following make sense? Low Strength Used: B2 National: - Deader - Less Spin - Ball stays flat on short pushes - Less Speed B3...
  19. Butterfly Zhang Jike ZLC vs SZLC vs T5000

Would reducing the thickness of my short pips to let's say 1.5mm help alleviate that issue?
  20. Butterfly Zhang Jike ZLC vs SZLC vs T5000

So assuming that I focus more on BH short pips punching, would the T5000 be more suitable than the SZLC? I'm guessing both T5000 and SZLC have pretty low throw angles, so I'll have to pair them with rubbers with higher throw angles such as Rakza Z or Dignics 09c/05 on my forehand side?
