the best "anti-cho" technique is to be as mentaly strong and focused that you are not even hearing or realising that. When you pay attention to such a thing you're doing something wrong

Great insight, I always tell that to my team mates when they are disturbed by opponent's behaviour or the opponent fans/team cheering in a somehow "hostile" manner

After you make the next point, doesnt matter how shitty it is, throw your blade high in the air, both hands to a fist, show them your oponent as you want to box him, run like crazy around the table several times and dont forget to let out an animalic shout during the whole procedure. Keep it all up for at least 5min. If you feel comfortable, you can inlcude the oponents supporters by jumping up and down in front of them a few times. Never saw someone choe'ing again afterwards.
P.S. If you really want to go mental, do it after your oponents next point instead of yours. But it could be seen then as slightly offensive. ;)
