What do you think is the most important part to practice in table tennis? What can average players do/practice to improve as quick as possible?
Do you do strength and conditioning? If so what areas do you think are important? Perhaps lunges? squats? etc...
I think that it's the same for all players who have the basics, have an idea how you want to play and then look into our game and try to reduce the flaws. Sure it's important to practice alot but i think Quality>Quantity. Also have fun! Tons of fun!
Yes I do! The most important areas for table tennis players in my opinion are Legs, stomach and back. These 3 areas is needed for almost every single time you touch the ball in a match. Stamina is really important aswell!
