Hi! I wanna ask for some help with my backhand topspin... I know how the movement is, and everything, but I can't make it have enough spin. It's very easy to block. Also, I feel like my hand moves and vibrates too much, so sometimes it goes too long or to the net.
Hi everyone, I had a Timo Boll Spirit lying in my closet and I discided to stick 2 sheets of Tibhar MX-P on it. It was awesome and I could play very agressive with it bacause the rubbers where not too sensitive to spin. Counter topspinning was no problem at all and I could hit every ball just...

Hello there
Below you can see a video of myself (in grey shirt) warming up my topspin forehand.
It is my favourite stroke and although I'm working hard on my backhand all the time, I tend to rely and depend on the topspin FH to win the point/match.
Therefore, I can't afford to neglect my FH...

Hey guys. I have had this problem for quite some time. Usually when i do 3rd ball attack or an offensive forehand stroke, i usually hit the second one long as my opponent blocks it. When i trained with my coach who was playing chopping against me, he said that my second attack was too rushed and...

Some say Wang Hao had been taking it easy...
How often have you heard this quote from a friend of yours, preferably who doesn't play table tennis.
'Table Tennis!! you don't need to be fit to play that sport, its not physically demanding. Its nothing on the demands like football, running, basketball'
Ok I'm 100% sure you have heard this...
