Matsushima 4-3 Harimoto (11, -8, -8, 8, 12, -9, 9)
G7 04, 24, 25, 45, 46, 86, 88, 108, 109, 119
Persevere Matsushima got him G1, G5 and G7. Now he needs to do the same when overseas.
Harimoto's FH worked in early G7 but then he fell back on BH.

BTW, in terms of logistics, isn't it good to see a tournament respect fairness to players to some degree in the scheduling and have the semis at the same time to avoid favoritism, even if it might mean less ticket revenue in theory?

Tanigaki can win Togami but can't win Shinozuka, but Shinozuka can't win Togami, what's this circle lol
Leftiness plays a role in Shinozuka's success. They don't use TTR in Japan but one of the things that became apparent from his match with Jorgic was that his serve is often hidden.

Hayata 3-4 Harimoto (7, -2, -9, -6, 5, 10, -6)
G3 24, 55, 85, 86 endline edge for Harimoto, 96, 910 slight net/edge for Harimoto, 911
Relatively slower and higher spinny loops worked well for Harimoto.
G4 56, 57, 67 TO for Harimoto, 611
G5 12, 72, 73 slight net for Harimoto, 74, 94, 95, 115
Hayata showed signs of pain starting from G4.
G6 10, 11, 31, 35 TO for Hayata, 55, 57 slight net/mishit for Harimoto, 67, 610, 1210
G7 03, 13, 18, 28, 29, 69, 611
Took long enough.

Harimoto 4-1 Hayata (11, 2, 9, -7, 11)

Harimoto has gotten familiar with how to get around Hayata and to pull it off, by playing with a more spin-oriented and control game to disrupt Hayata's flow, like CXT and ZYL, with random flat hits mixed in, like Ito.

At this rate can we say Matsushima has surpassed Harimoto? Hasn’t it been 2 games in a row Tomo has lost against Sora?
Togami: Yes!
World: No!

Is this the first time an ethnically Chinese woman has won the All Japan Female Seniors/Adult?
No . Chire Koyama

Congrats to Miwa. If it wasn’t obvious yet she’s the best Japanese player. Somehow Hayata could still get her until now but no more

Nope, but Miwa is likely the first JBC to win.

何智麗/He Zhili/小山智麗/Koyama Chire won 8 times, from 1992-1997 (finalist in 1998) and 1999-2000.
滿麗/Man Li/金沢咲希/Kanazawa Saki won in 2006.
王輝/Wang Hui won in 2010.
