A blade with differing top layers and composite layers after top layers

I was wondering if any manyfacturer has ever tried to make a blade with totally unsymmetric layers, such as hinoki top layer with alc / koto top layer with ZLC-type of blade composition? If not, why not?

Also have you ever heard of anyone making or ordering such blade from a custom manyfacturer, thank you in advance.
