A knotty situation did happened in play.
Has the server won a point or the ball is still in play? Which relevant rule should we apply to deal with the situation?

I suggest it is a let.

2.9 A LET 2.9.1 The rally shall be a let:
2.9.1.1 if in service the ball touches the net assembly, provided the service is otherwise correct or the ball is obstructed by the receiver or his or her partner;

OTOH if it was a ghost serve by Ma Lin and the ball goes into the opponent's side of the net after its second bounce, it feels like it's not a let.

the ball has already landed correctly on the opponent side.
any further contact after that would award the point.
in this instance, the ball was not strike by the receiver racket, so the point is loss by the receiver.


it can't be let call, as the ball has already completed its service. the clip of net did not occur inbetween the 2 bounces, but after the legal serve
so the racket contact or not, would determine point award or not.

And I only talk about the 2 bounce and ball touching net

as far as I can see the actual serve was executed over the table and therefore illegal!
However if it had been done correctly server would win the point.

Yea, my commonsensical approach would be that if the receiver was not able to reach the ball before it hit the net, as demonstrated in the video, the server would be rewarded the point.

The server has neither won the point nor is the ball still in play. The serve was illegal because it contravened rule 2.6.2:

"The server shall then project the ball near vertically upwards, without imparting spin, so that it rises at least 16cm after leaving the palm of the free hand and then falls without touching anything before being struck".

The umpire should either immediately call a let and the serve be retaken (the likely outcome if it is a first offence), or alternatively the point should be immediately awarded to the receiver if the server has already been warned about their service action.
