So you want something less fast than a G-1 but still at least as spinny ?
Sorry to break it to you, but the easiest way would be not to use an outer carbon. The viscaria itself will up your minimum speed already (if you dont plan to play unboosted chinese rubbers).
Go for an 5ply wood with the same rubbers and you instantly have less speed and more spin.

I want something faster than G-1 with more spin.
Also will Viscaria increase the speed of the Loki Arthur China? by how much?
Because I was thinking that it would be ok to sacrifice a little bit of speed for more spin.
Also, I have a stag barrage series chain blade which is Off++. if I put Chinese rubbers on it do you think it would balance out the lack of speed of the Chinese rubbers?
I will then renew the Fast Arc g-1 on my current set up then. i don't want to buy a new blade if possible.

Loki Arthur China would be a good pick if you want something very spinny and also more powerful, but it will be much harder to activate than the g-1.

I would guess most people playing g-1 would have difficulties switching to LAC on a Viscaria, but give it a try.
I'm not actively looking to compete and am more of a casual player right now. I dont really mind experimenting with my setups as long as I can control the blade (don't want a repeat of the Peter Karlsson Gen 2 Hard)

how different is the loki arthur china from the Fast Arc G-1 ?

My current top pick is the Xiom Omega VII Pro.

A blade does not make rubbers faster. A blade is the soul of yoour setup, if the blade is already very fast your set up will always have a fast basespeed, rubbers adjust the speed of your set up to more faster or less fast. I don´t think a sticky rubber will give you more rotation at our lvl we can´t get everything out of it, and probably a kind of soft rubber will give you a lot of spin. All in all i think a fast and sinny rubber is dhs 3 neo boosted if you got good technique

LAC will be slower on weak to medium impact and pushes and only really more powerfull if you got a very decent acceleration on your loops. The omega 7 pro is much closer to your current rubber and definitely faster than the g-1.

If you want to experiment, go for the xiom omega

I've used the omega IV pro on the Viscaria before on both sides. I loved the speed and the spin of it but hated the arc. if they have adjusted the arc a bit lower, I will try it. I like sending balls quite close to the net. it wasn't really a problem but I felt like I had to topspin with the racket more close than i would have liked.

Instead of closing the racket angle too much, consider making your stroke less upwards and more forwards.
I didnt close the angle too much, just a little bit. I no longer use the Omega IV pro. I have the G-1s on. they are perfect. I'm just looking for change for a bit. I've been researching rubbers I would now prefer more spin than speed. I have the Vega Europe in mind or would like to switch to Chinese rubbers to try them out Loki Arthur China is in consideration as well. The thing is, I dont want to boost my rubbers at all.

I tried that. It used to overshoot the table so I compensated by using less power.
Here's something counterintuitive, instead of applying less power, try to get a better spin contact really punishing that ball into the sponge.
The magnus effect will make that ball drop onto the table. Once you commit to that shot, really maximize the grab on it, you'll find balls landing with power you didn't expect to work.

To me, even with 15y of experience playing in clubs, this was still a surprise.
