Hi everyone, now I'm 6'0 foot tall and I'm still growing. I like to play really attacking if possible, but I often find that whilst my movements good I just simply keep up with those younger and shorter than me close to the table. Therefore often find myself n defence very quickly before I finally start attacking. I was just wondering if anyone had any positioning advice for me, certain play style, or tall attacking players I could watch and learn from?

Thanks to anyone who has advice!

Another issue is that using low stance may use up more energy. You might get tired quickly and your back might hurt in a bit.

I play offense. I'm 5'11 3/4" so I'm roughly your height. Since I'm 15, I do move around a lot and i have to use footwork, generally using loads of energy.
Crouching, though, used to be very, very, difficult. I got tired very quickly, young as i am. I thought i was also quite in shape. But if you play at this level of table tennis, it takes more than you think to play for a long time with that energy.
Basically, you might benefit from running a lot or something, so that you can get more endurance
