I have a second blade, DHS Hurricane King 655, 5 ply all wood. The blade is rated as medium hard. My playing style is offensive and I am an effective looper from both backhand and forehand sides. I will flick and counter topspin early in rallies in order to develop points so that I can loop. I will try to play 3rd, 5th and 7th ball attacks where and when I can.

My question is would you use hard, medium or soft rubbers on the blade given my playing style.

Everything depends on some factors... both objective and subjective that we have discussed the crap outta enough to make Marty Reiseman roll in hiz grave for the next decade.

It will come down to your strategic direction, the feel and dynamic performance for the strokes YOU do, and how confident you feel... all leading to what troubles ur opponents most.

That leaves open numerous possible effective combos.

You could buy the bat exactly in my signature and call it a day... but there are hundreds of other possibilities.
