Aliexpress is like an outlet store. Lots of different vendors offer their goods on there. It gives them a shop window the whole world can see. Bear in mind aliexpress/alibaba is bigger than ebay and amazon combined. They manage the vendors very strictly. We buy through aliexpress all the time and you get amazing value but you do have to wait a very long time for your orders to arrive - weeks and weeks. The answer to your question is that some products are fake and some are genuine. From a TT persepective if it looks too good to be true it is probably a fake. If you aren't sure, ask the seller, they will tell you the truth because the Ali group won't let them get away with deceiving buyers. You have a rock solid guarantee with anything you buy so if you do order and you're not happy it is easy to get it rectified. The only issue we have ever had buying from here is when we were contacted by Aliexpress themselves saying the order had been cancelled and our money refunded because they were suspicious about the vendor so had terminated him.

I just got an e'mail from AliExpress that my order was frozen from vender for being suspicious. I thought the price and description was to good to be true.
