Aliexpress delivery problem?

I had an order at Aliexpress. It was shipped by Cainai and shown delivered to some delivery room, but not my address. I opened a case at Aliexpress for refund, but was rejected. I contacted Cainai and they were working on it.

I have not had any problem for purchases at ALiexpress shipped to US before. But this case really disappointed me. I felt that Aliexpress and Cainai should work together, Instead they work separately and you need to get involved if anything happens. It can be time consuming and boring. May I should just buy from TT11 in the future.

Anyone had any delivery problem from ALiexpress before?

Nothing but good experiences so far here in Japan. TT equipment has been cheap and good. I also mountain bike. I bought some carbon handle bars and then realised they must be fake and possibly dangerous. They gave me a full refund.
Only bad thing is the flagrant misrepresentation of prices and product specification. They are clearly trying to make it difficult to understand what you are ordering as a first time customer. I don't appreciate that. You have to get used to their basic subterfuge.

Aliexpress was really impressing me on their shipping and pricing, but that would only be good if there was no problem. I had a couple of items damaged during the shipping, and got refund pretty quickly.

The problem is that the carrier, Cainai marked the item as delivered, but it was not to me . Aliexpress treated it as delivered so it’s very hard to get refund. It will take probably hours to get the refund eventually after communicating with both aliexpress and cainai. And it is not easy to contact customer services.
Last option I have is to reject my credit card charge.
Anyway this is not a good experience after about 20 good purchases from aliexpress. And it was caused mainly by cainai marking items as delivered when in fact they were delivered to some other delivery room. And cainai knew the mistake they made.
Will post the follow up on this.

I have had some weird experiences with AliExpress deliveries in the US since they have been using smaller third party services for some orders. I think mainly since my community is gated. But I have always received my orders, although maybe a couple of days late.

Cainai is usually the carrier doing the final delivery. They usually deliver to my front door and take many pictures. But this time, they delivered to a room(maybe third carrier?) but still marked it as delivered. Maybe I will still get my package later, but Cainai is really not professional here.

And the worst part is Aliexpress asked me to contact Cainai, and Cainai asked me to contact Aliexpress.
