Guys, I'm gonna buy Battle 2 BS Provincial on Aliexpress for FH, which hardness should I buy since I'm used to Glayzer09C / Rakza Z / ZGX ?

I will stick it to a Viscaria.

My idea was 40 degree.
I have Razka Z Extra Hard which feels about as hard as Arthur China, which is nominally 40d, but LOKI rubbers all feels softer than what they say on the sponge compare to other Chinese rubbers. So I would suggest 39 or even 38d for Battle 2 BS, unless you plan to boost.

Do you think that at medium distance (1,5 ÷ 2m) from the table with 38 or 39d I have enough speed without booster? I'd like to avoid boosting unless it is absolutely necessary

I bought B2 Pro BS a week ago too since it was on sale. I asked @TensorBackhand the same question and he said his 40d didn't feel hard and he recommended it.

I remember my B2 Pro OS 39d playing soft. I would've preferred a degree or two harder. So I ended up getting the BS in 40d.

depends on which one of the following you can tolerate more: a harder than expected rubber, or a slower than expected rubber.

Going for the harder version would be safer because sponge can be softened but not hardened.

Pssst. Don’t tell anyone else but I wanted to pair these rubbers, bloom power and ak47 red, on the Sanwei 75 outer alc ( viscaria clone) and on the Sanwei 75 inner alc.
I ordered these blades specifically to test with these rubbers😊

So the rxton9 and the Arthur China I ordered turned up and I stuck them onto Yinhe pro-01 as they came, straight out of the packets yesterday .
Did some testing with my robot today.
I felt (for me) Arthur China probably not as good as the skyline tg3 I use on FH, but I do quite like it on BH, it might prefer it to H8-80? Does the red Arthur China play like the black one? If so I may need to buy a sheet in red, which is a little surprising as I kind of thought it would be too hard.
The rxton9 seems good, but not obviously better than skyline. Removed from the blade and applied a first layer of magic potion, will apply a second layer tomorrow, looking forward to a testing against real people Wednesday!

Hard to tell against robot. I think Arthur China has maybe a flatter lower arc? I think the rxton9 was generating more kick off the table and would be nastier to play against.
Maybe Arthur China is slightly quicker on low to mid power, but we know that the sponge is fragile so it is what it is. Hopefully the rxton9 doesn’t suffer from the same issues, if so it probably has greater potential.
I will try and get some opinions re what they’re like to play against from teammates on Wednesday.

(I ordered a red Arthur China it’s cheap enough at the moment that it’s not really worth wondering, might as well just try it)

Are all rubbers mainly the Chinese one really original and not fake or clone?
If you stick to the big stores, you’ll probably be ok. DHS stuff from hwsports has the scratchy thing and so far for me has always checked out as genuine.
Not sure if a similar facility exists for Loki?

no fakes or clones in the cheaper ranges but one sometimes wonders when getting a new batch of a rubber we liked and find it to be very different. Chinese manufacturers reserve the right to produce rubbers under the same name and ITTF number that seem to have nothing in common with previous batches.
Also beware of manufacturers advertising a well known rubber in a new pack. This is often accompanied with the slogan : "New packaging - same quality rubber".
Like hell.... 😂

Is there a light weight, tacky, and medium soft/hard rubber for a good price?
Can be with or without boosting,
I am looking for something close to H8-80 or LAC for backhand.
But something a little bit lighter, max. 50g cut if possible.

Any recommendations?
