How come none of the pro's or advanced players use the Amultart blade?

It's extremely fast, spinny, and the Hinoki layer really grips the ball. Great feeling when hitting the ball. Pairs brilliantly with Tenergy 05 and Tenergy 64 rubbers.

Is it falsely marketed as a super fast blade with no control? I think the control is excellent.

Can someone explain why the Amultart blade isn't more popular than it is?

Easy to produce offensive quality, but it is very soft and bouncy with the Hinoki +ZLC combo. A lot of advanced players do use Amultart, Koki Niwa was using one a long time ago, but you'll find a vast majority of really good players do not need the extra oomph that Amultart offers. ZLC as a whole is not as popular as ALC because it is not as absorbent or as stable especially in defensive situations, the arc is flatter than ALC as well

I have a friend about my age and playing level who loved the Amultart and played with it a lot because a junior he liked played with it. But then we had this medium pips penholder and whenever he played the guy, he couldn't time the ball with confidence and lost repeatedly and started not playing with the Amultart against that guy so he could be more consistent. So after a while, he gave up the Amultart to go back to the Viscaria and clones etc. because with those, he could play even the tricky opponents more consistently. Don't get me wrong, fast blades are great when you are advanced or playing against topspin balls, but when you play against junk and you need to feel comfortable looping that no=spin or underspin ball on the table, fast blade and fast rubber combinations require a lot of skill and are not your friends. At a certain point, once you can generate enough to compensate the blade limitations of a Viscaria or Super Viscaria, that's about as fast as most players need to go, Amultart is above the speed limit lol.

I've never played with the amultart but my main blade is similar, moola nobility pbo-c.

The structure is great and I'd suggest that for these blade types would be to get a slower/medium pace spinny rubber. It really let's all of the blade shine while giving you control too.

Easily the best blade type I've played with. Gives me full confidence thanks to the hinoki grippiness, predictable power, and the control of a 5 ply.

I have the Garaydia ZLC which I believe is the twin of the Amultart. I think the reason why Amultart is not more popular is the price and that it is thicker and less flexible than most of the popular ALC blades. That bit of flexibility helps control in attacking/handling short balls as well as the feel of putting spin/looping the ball. if they can increase the flexibility but keep the speed and it's other characteristics there I would be all over it.

If you would like to sell Garaydia ZLC, I would definitely buy it. Looking for it for years now 😅

Sorry but one of my EJ friends at the club saw it and basically took it from me and metaphorically shoving an insufficient amount of money in my face. I wasn't using it anyways but it was part of my memorable blade collection and since we've been trading blades I let it go as a favor. I'll be paying him back when I try for that Zhang Jike SZLC he's been showing off that I thought was quite good unlike it's too fast and stiff reputation. I still have the Garaydia box though :>.

I got 3 of them, straight handle, similar weight. One for competition, one identical as a spare for the competition racket (if an accident, like ripping a rubber at the edge of the table). 3rd blade I'm using to test rubbers. Coming from Primorac Carbon, withe the Garaydia ZLC I found my blade as the right compromise between speed, spin, feeling and control. If you are looking for a similar blade you can still find the Amultart on Asian Traders Websites, or, as somebody mentioned before, the Joola Nobilis is the similar blade. Cheap version is to buy the Lemuria Nobilis on AliExpress, even the grip design is the same like Joola, but without lenses, prints or logos.

Amultart is easily found. You can simply get it from Butterfly directly.
