ESP is much more stable than Super Glanti Black Edition. In terms of speed, reversal, and disruption, Super Glanti Black Edition is superior, but it lacks control. Its unpredictable trajectories are its strongest feature, but personally, I can't handle it.

Because women typically have less strength than men, they often rely on pips-out rubber. However, I consider myself an amateur, and even if I use inverted rubber, I wouldn't reach a very high level. That's why I choose anti-spin rubber.

I'm a penhold anti player, and currently uses Der-Materialspezialist Scandal 1.6mm and DHS H3 on the other side. I play anti-spin in a very defensive style and twiddle a lot to attack with the other side.

Sometimes I have trouble receiving fast and long underspin serves with the anti side, can you give some advices on such receive? Thanks a lot!

There are many ways to deal with this. You can use the ANTI side to push the ball back, or you can twiddle the racket and use your backhand to topspin the ball with the other side. Finally, you can step around and use a forehand topspin. Remember, if you're worried about being jammed by long serves, don't stand too close to the table during your preparation.

是對方來球是下旋的場合嗎? 我的認知是來球是下旋時，才該是我們進攻之時，應該直接拱回去或是找球點做彈擊，如果是對方來上旋球你要削成下旋球給對方時，很多0摩擦ANTI都可以削，跟長顆不一樣的是，他沒有長顆轉，但是他削回去的球速度快且弧線低，不容易即時判斷落點造成對方下一板無法充分準備而吃旋轉，會讓人有ANTI削回去的球比長顆轉的誤解

--- China representative in EQC called for elimination of certain antis from LARC for the good of the sport.
China feels concerned about the increasing abundance of fancy materials in the sport, and frictionless anti rubbers in particular. With this in mind, China applied to ITTF with a proposal that all the anti rubbers should be re -tested for fricton limits. Those rubber brands that have proved below CoF 0.25 are liable for elimination from the LARC list immediately.
We don't want the sport to take character of a game of chance, a kind of Funfair lottery. -- such is the core idea of the proposal.

I just started my table tennis journey. I have my first bat, a Stiga premade with inverted rubber on both sides. However, soon I want to change to a more permanent setup - one that I can get used to while I improve my technique. I feel I don't want to learn inverted techniques, and later change to other rubbers and become a beginner one more time!
I am aware that there are reasons not to change to anti-spin rubbers. The main one I constantly hear, that the pros don't use it, has no effect or impact on me. So what are some reasons that someone should change to anti-spin rubbers?

If you're not very good at judging spin and often make mistakes when receiving serves, you might consider switching to an anti-spin rubber. My personal reason is a bit unique—since I can't become a professional player even with Inverted Rubbers, I decided to position myself as an amateur player. I play table tennis for fun and to showcase my own style.
