Anyone try/use cbd for joint pain relief?

Does anyone use any form of cbd for joint pain relief? If so, in what form of cbd and what brand?

I tried using some when i threw out my back a few years ago. It didn't do squat. Maybe I didn't use a good brand or strong enough dose or maybe it was fake but it was basically useless.
