BTW: none of this information is personal. It is not about that. I just would rather have people better informed.

I have seen many people say things like: "you have a back problem, I did this for my back and it made it better, you should do this," without having a clue if that would be good for the person's back or not. I would rather just give the information.

It is true that there are times doctors are not equipped to help people with sports related issues that could be easily helped. And it might be easy to help what is going on with Amekun. But if he misinterprets what someone says and does something that will exacerbate the issue instead of helping, it would not be good.

Amekun, hopefully, this is behind you ASAP.

Sims: I am just trying to make clear what I was responding to and how it may seem simple if you do know how to take care of yourself but also, how information in a written form is easily misinterpreted. And in this case, even if it is not misinterpreted, it could still have an adverse effect even if your intentions were to help. But specific videos might be helpful. So, since you are referencing some, maybe you would like to post one or two.
Dude, you are reacting to this as if he has a brain injury.
He wrote about a pain that comes after training, 1 on the painscale I think. ONE. Now you may be a physio and maybe you do help 200 ppl a week but I respond to the OPs post with the assumption that he is intelligent. He is not looking for medical advice on an internet forum, because he is intelligent, and he asked only if anyone else had the same and how they fixed it.
I too have experience in this area but I am not (as you suggested earlier) diagnosing here, I am simply saying, for whats described you can start with some exercises or stretching.
One on the painscale.
If there's trapped nerves, disc issues or anything else I am certain it would have been mentioned.
I know you are trying to help and you can knock what I've said all you like but if anyone comes to me with this painscale 1 complaint that happens after training, I'm going straight for mobility, light stretching and massage of that area.
As I said before, if you think this is dangerous then fair enough. But I think it's fine.

just another update, i added salt to to my drink. the throbbing is slowly disappearing. ive been on keto diet for the past 2 weeks and ive been avoiding sugar and fried foods. idk if it relates though. i appreciate all of the advice given. thank you.
ah.. useful information.
Don't forget to add kalium/potassium and (bis-glycinate)magnesium (not mag. oxide) to your drink.
Don't know how experienced you are, but you can search for ketorade, or Snake Juice as a base to make a salty drink and drink it during the day.

Ill got to my nearest healthy option for the Magnesium tabs. I assume I get enough protein from the meat i consume.
Ill check out ketorade.
As for snake Juice, Its easy enough to do.

Thank you :)
