Hi everyone, I finally tell myself that is time to try boosted H3 Prov BS 40 on FH.
My current setup is :
Blade: Q968 Prov
BH: D09c
FH: Xiom C55
I plan to use Haifu National White

So my questions are:
1. Haifu National White soften sponge by 4-5 degrees. If I reeebost sponge it will be softer again for another 4-5 degree ?
2. Its good to use first National White and for reboost use National Black ?
3. How long the boosted h3 will stay if I play for avg. 6h per week ?
4. What is the best method for tuning ? Example time between each layer of bosster(I dont want boost 1 rubber for 4 days LOL :D ).

If durability of 1sheet is about 2-3 months than I will stick with boosting and order from Prott.vip bcs they have best price for value.

Edit: I would be grateful if can someone compare National White with Yellow. If there is significant difference then I will take Yellow.

why did you go for white and not national yellow?

I just used national yellow to reboost my rubbers and its still going pretty good almost a month later. the the effect wears off gradually. i reboost when i feel like i hit too many balls in the net lol.

Ive never measured the softness or hardness of my rubbers so i couldn't tell you in terms of degrees. i could tell you that when i reboosted a h3n with regular seamoon a second time, the rubber did become softer (or more like a mushy feeling). But i think that is a charateristic of the regular seamoon. national yellow seems to keep the rubbers feeling crisp. i'll probably reboost these rubbers one more time (third time boosting) just to see how it plays before i switch to the BS prov.

my method is- boost...let dry for at least 12 hours, then boost one more time, then 12 more hours, then glue. i'm still kinda newb with it all though.

btw- where does ProTT.VIP ship from? i'm wondering if they will have tariffs for us lowly USA chinese rubber using players lol... NVM Just saw they ship from China. dang.

Firstly I want use Yellow but I read about Haifu boosters on Tabletennis11 where there are compared and White is between Yellow and Black in terms of characteristics. So there will be not significant difference I hope. With your question about shipping but I thinkg its shipped direct from chhina.

It depends on each person. Personally, I liked it best when I applied one layer of booster directly to the sponge, waited for it to dry, then two layers of glue, and pasted it on the blade.
I want avoid from bubbling so I put first layer of glue for longer boosted effect. But I heard that if someone want get fast effect then like u said, apply direct on sponge first.

If you want the boost to last longer, add a layer (or two!) of glue before applying booster. I like to do 2 layers of glue, one thick layer of booster, wait 24-48 hrs, and then one more layer of glue. This lasts me usually 2 months. If you put the booster directly on the sponge you'll get a stronger boost effect but it wears off quicker. Also with blue sponge you may risk bubbling.

I never tried haifu white, but haifu black is good for reboosting. Why are you trying haifu white? Just get yellow like a normal person. You can also just use haifu black if you want the sponge to remain hard.

For some reason haifu black works much better on the sponge of the Xuperman Powerplay-X rubber, compared to Hurricane 3. In my opinion. If you use haifu black I'd suggest also Xuperman rubber.

Another option is Falco Tempo Long. It's not very strong but it lasts for many months. Just boost and glue once, you don't have to reboost. Falco Tempo Long makes the rubber very springy and grippy -- almost feels like a tensor.

It will bubble regardless of the glue you put before the booster. Bubbling happens because of the expansion of the sponge, not the oil that reaches the topsheet. The expansion weakens the bond between the sponge and the topsheet, and separation happens where the bond is weakest.

I saw video with Yellow and White booster, There is not major difference between them. White stay between Yellow and Black version.
My plan for boosting ist Glue -> thick layer -> 12h -> thin layer -> 12h -> glue and put on blade.

I will describe my protocol:
Boost = 1 generous layer of falco long temp 24h, another layer of falco 24h and a last layer of yellow waifu and 48h of drying.
Reboost = 1 layer of falco 24h and the last layer of waifu and 48h of drying.

The durability is high, approximately 3 months.
idk how much stock I should put into recommendations from a guy who calls his booster "waifu"

Russian rubber engineer proved that this oily muck is a primitive thing. Yinhe Roller works wonders instead.

I already felt the exactly with regular seamoon the 2nd time I boosted, It got mushy! Right now I'm using national yellow and its perfect. About booster differences:
National Yellow: Designed for chinese tacky rubber (Orange Sponge)
National White: Its an update of the national yellow, its stronger, but it also vanish faster. Its designed for Blue Sponge
National Black: Its designed for tensor rubbers, it does not soften the sponge, but adds a bit of tension to the rubber.

As some of you might already know, H3's take a while to play well after initial boosting. So my question is, for those who glue the rubber fairly quickly after boosting, how has your experience been? Does the timing for gluing matter? Does hitting with it speed up the process? It seems to me that time is the most important thing, that it just takes maybe 4-7 days for it to reach its optimal state. I've glued it on 18 hours after the first layer, or 72 hours after the first layer, and it seems that either way it's up to a week after the first layer is applied that it finally reaches its optimal state. If that's the case, then waiting say 5 days after boosting might mean the rubber is good to go right away?

I'm asking this question because it's kind of annoying to have the racket play poorly for a few days after boosting. If you don't actually need to play with it for it to start playing well, then I'll just boost it a few days before I plan to swap out the rubbers and minimize the time my racket doesn't play well.

we actually have a different use for that roller....
you really should seek a physical trainer for more info
