Hi, I was advised by my coach to try a new Blade for my newly bought Tenergy 05 (FH) and Raystorm Short Pips (BH) rubbers. Since these are quite expensive rubbers, he feels that I would put it to waste if I use it on my old Butterfly VSG 1000 blade. My current setup is VSG 1000 + Rakza 7 (FH) and NIttaku Hammond FA (BH).
I'm confused on which blades in the market suit the rubbers I bought and which blades gives me the most speed and control balance. My current setup is a little to stiff and fast I guess, and I'm looking for a bit of a dwell time specially on my backhand. I play close to table attacks most of the time and control shots to aggressive shots mid distance. I normally have great control in receives using backhand flicks and chops.
The following blades are on my list but you may suggest which ever blade in the market is best in your opinion.
1. Darker 1 ply kiso Hinoki Blade
2. Gergely Alpha
3. Primorac
4. Viscaria Light
5. Yasaka Malin Extra Off
6. Stiga Rosewood
