Hi! I really couldn't find it on Aliexpress. I can make a conclusion that 729/Friendship stopped producing this rubber. It is 2015? and the Power is the most popular. It is just sold out. Anyway there are still some good Bloom rubbers like Bloom Arc and Bloom Speed. I haven't tried the Speed but due to reviews it has more basic speed and a little less spin . Bloom Arc ( I'm actually playing with it on FH) has less speed but more spin and for me It is somewhere more controllable. You can look for Bloom Power in local stores. In Kazakhstan there are a lot of Blooms. I didn't buy anything from PrinceTT, TTnpp and others but if there is this rubber, yeah they are good stores cause many people buy there.
sorry for my English

There are 3 left at french online store Misterping, reliable no problem whatsoever ordering from that store. Tabletennisstore.eu got them in 1.8mm thickness only. The german website Spinfactory.de still got them in 2.2mm. I know it's a reliable webstore too. Swedish store chtt.se got some too

I don't understand the hardness ratings for Bloom. It comes in 45 and 47 degree, but the 47 is nothing like a 47 ESN rubber (MXP, G1, Rakza 7). It's way harder than ESN 47.

The Bloom 47 is like a DHS 40/41.

How did they come up with these hardness ratings?

729 || DHS

45° ~ 36º-37º

47° ~ 38º-39º

49 ~ 40º-41°

but i don't know what hardness scale they use I think it's shore c

729/Friendship has a problem: they have different hardness scales. Their tensor rubbers made in Japan like Visnatura, Pando have japanese(butterfly) scale how I remember. Their Germany ESN rubbers ( Derwind Stolz, Rayhe) have the ESN scale. And their Chinese rubbers are the biggest problem. Some of them( battle 2 prov) have similar scale to DHS (+-1 degree) and some of them as I got have their own scale like Blooms, Prestos, Dragons F and L and the other ones. We just have to remember it and" Hard sponged rubber 47°" in the description should mean that it is really hard.
hard.Sorry for my English;)

Where did you get this information?

The 47d version feels closer to DHS 40 to me, but maybe you are right.

Some classic rubbers have the conversion on the back of the package:

But I've never tested Bloom's power, maybe it's harder than advertised or has quality control issues

Bloom series seems to be a FH oriented tacky rubber. It seems strange to me that they would make it in the 36-38d range rather than try to match the DHS 39-41d range.

729 have a problem that they have different hardness scales. Their ESN rubbers have ESN hardness, Japanese- Butterfly hardness. Some of the Chinese have similar to DHS hardness(+-1 degree)(battle 2), some of them their own scale like Blooms. We just should remember or ask 729 to make it more comfortable to people

Good day to you sir,

729/Friendship Dragons F and L is harder sponge or softener sponge than Battle 2 prov.

Thank you for your kind reply.

Best regards,

Yes it is. I've ordered it this autumn, so no problems with this one :)
