Mocker do you know why 729 produces both Battle series and Bloom series? They seem largely to overlap. What's the purpose of having both?

No sorry. I don't. To me the Bloom and Battle series differs quite a bit though. Sure are the Bloom Power quite close to some Battle rubbers, but Battle/II are rubbers of more potential and performance and so says the pricing as well I guess.

More potential in terms of what?

To me, Bloom Power just seems like a boosted version of Battle 2. It is bouncier and faster, but otherwise looks and feels quite similar.

I feel like the top sheet is more elastic in Battle and the sponges give a more softer feeling, adding control but also give the same kick when brush looping.

Do you mean that you disagree with my assessment that Bloom is bouncier than B2?

Is your opinion that B2 is bouncier/more elastic?

It's just so individual and depends on how you use the rubber and what kind of blade you use at the time, but I like the Battle rubbers more than Bloom...

Good idea. Does Mocker ship globally? PrinceTT has it too, they definitely ship globally

The challenge with PrinceTT is that their default shipping option takes 3 months.By the time I get the rubber I may be to old to play TT.The airmail option is 3weeks ,same as Aliexpress where the shipping is free.

You know, I bought a Bloom Power from PrinceTT last month, and it arrived in about 10 days I think. Maybe it was 1 week. I also thought it would take 3 months, but it came quick. But maybe that is specific to USA.

Good day to you sir,

What is the different of sponge's hardness, spin, bouncing between Bloom Power and Yinhe Jupiter 3 Asia and Battle 2.

Thank you for your kind comparison and kind reply,

Best regards,

Best regards,

Bloom Power comes in 45 and 47 hardness. The 47 Hardness is close to Chinese 40d hardness. Jupiter 3 and Battle 2 come in 38d to 40d hardnesses. So the sponge hardness depends on which hardness you choose. I'm not sure about the topsheet hardness, but my impression is that the Jupiter 3 topsheet feels softer than Battle 2 or Bloom.

Jupiter 3 overall feels bouncier and softer and elastic. Battle 2 is closer to being traditional Chinese rubber. Bloom Power feels in-between those 2.

Yes. I do my best, and if there's any country missing in shipping options, I usually can add them quite quick as well. :)

729/Friendship Dragons F and L is harder sponge or softener sponge than Battle 2 prov.

Thank you for your kind reply.

Best regards,

Hi, good question.
I didn't play with Battle 2 Prov. Orange sponge but I did with the Gold one with the purple sponge 40°
and I can say it is definitely harder than Dragon F medium-hard (46°) . Maybe Battle 2 prov. 38° may have the same hardness

I found another more realistic conversion table

Oh I think this makes sense. Bloom Power at 47d is equal to DHS 39d.

Also, I often see Loki hard rubbers listed at 49d. I'm guessing this is the same scale as 729, meaning it is equal to DHS 41
