He is using it on a Viscaria. But what is the point of putting a rubber like Zyre 03 on an allround allwood blade? Bragging rights? There's no shame in admitting a rubber or blade is too fast for you and continuing to play with what you can actually control.
I will say that my pushes with the slower blade were better and I didnt lose much on close to the table counters. What I lost was in training and was tied to ease of fast distance rallying when my opponent was blocking. But I suspect I went a bit too slow on the blade for a certain playing style. I do plan to run more experiments when I resume playing next year. Even my 2600 coach said the ball came really fast off the rubber and was surprised the blade was slow.

I havs already presented evidence (per Gozo) that shows the date of change as October 1. You are the one claiming Butterfly is lying and that he was using D05 vs Wang Chuqin and others at the Asian Teams (and we still haven't gotten to his tournaments Champions event performances). So I dont have to be keen to defend something you havent presented any evidence other than your word against. Hopefully that makes sense. I don't have the burden of proof since I am not claiming. Butterfly is lying, you do. Of course, I would not claim or argue that Butterfly never makes mistakes with their charts. But their charts have been reliable and do reflect changes from Diaz and Lin Yun ju amongst others.

One scenario could be that one prefers the feel of all wood or the blade is thinner and flexier, which would give insane spin. A fast rubber like Zyre could offset the loss of speed of a setvup like this. It could be incredible, really.
i also Know that sora used Dignics05 in chinese super league and in Asian Teams championship he still used D05.
I have also explained why if you dont produce pictures, I don't have to believe you. He also has two of his best tournament performances after that. Did he use D05 there as well? He took Wang 7 games in December and would have won 3-1 if it was a best of 5. Did he use D05 there as well? Did he regret using what he was using in all thoae tournaments? Hopefully you will produce your evidence at some point.
Not a problem at all. My point is that we should have evidence based discussions here. Nothing i have written contradicts that. But if you want to claim that Sora will regret using Zyre when all his best tournament performances seem to have come after the date he is listed as switching to Zyre, it would be easier to just grab a picture that shows he is really not using Zyre in *any* of the events he has dominated recently. But we are still stuck without a single picture so....
