Also one big point that I haven't seen anyone bring up yet, both Joola and Xiom (even double fish) advertise on their blade when it's made in Korea, which is the case for top tier blades from either companies (HAL and 36.5 from Xiom, Freeze, HRD, Trinity from Joola). Since these all don't have it printed on the blades, I'm guesstimating these will be from China and not the true top tier products featuring Hugo's name.

They are part of Hugo’s collection but indeed not the top premium line blades. Looks like he is trying another blade in Singapore so will see how things go 😇

Could you tell me more about the AW7? Is it the same structure as the Proline AW7

I assume you are joking but in case you aren't, the reason a sponsor would send more is because the player isn't satisfied yet with what he has tested. No serious sponsor would want their newly signed star to keep EJing and have their results likely be affected by not having full feeling over their equipment.

These recent blade names that Joola used are so bad that I have had no interest in buying/trying these newer blades. Proline XXX, as bad as it can be. You need to read the ps to know anything about these blades.

It’s more to do with the fact that he is finally considering carbon fiber more seriously. If it was just a matter of recreating his previous blade it would be different 🤭
