To give one answer to your question: best choice depends on many variables. In the end, there is no such thing as best choice. Your level of play, your financial situation, what you have used before, those might factor into what might be A BETTER CHOICE FOR YOU: FOR YOU. What might be a good choice for one person may not be for another.

But maybe you might be better off asking people for a comparison of the two blades you are asking about.

Can anyone give Vitor a comparison of the DHS 301 and the DHS Fang Bo Carbon blades?

301 is thinner, and comes across as a bit slower. But it has good feeling and flex and softness.

Fang Bo is excellent, and overall has a more stable and solid feeling than 301. It's still a limba inner carbon blade, so the feeling and flex is quite good.

I would go with the Fang Bo as the better blade.

If you really want a Koto blade like 301, Sanwei 75 inner is better I think. Good balance of flex and speed

Well, it is honestly hard to tell from my side.

I played three-ish years with 301, then year and a half with PG7 and recently bought Fang Bo BX2. Since I tried blade only few times with same rubbers as on a main blade, the insight cannot be that deep. However, comparing B2X to PG7 is like night and day. I would stay with Allwood since the feel is incomparable. I didn´t get any wow effect from B2X as I get from PG7 after getting in just for fun while still playing with 301. (History is Korbel -> Yinhe -> PG7 (broken) -> 301 1st-> 301 2nd -> PG7)

Vs 301, I got a feeling that it has less feel for the ball. I could feel the impact of the ball more with 301 than with B2X. Like innercarbon blade should be between wood and carbon, B2X feels like it is between Carbon and Innercarbon. Somehow metalic feel for the ball, yet not so fast. Especially on backhand it can be felt.

In my opinion:
Speedwise: B2X > 301 > PG7
Feel wise: PG7 > 301 > B2X
Control: PG7 > 301 > B2X
