Can anyone ID this blade with this marking?

Hello,

Hope you are all well.
I recently came across this blade . Was kinda worn but I've cleaned it to the best of my ability. Does anyone know which set or where this blade is from? It's obv from DHS but it has markings at the back of the blade. My friend in China just said that it's limited and given to him from someone in the national team (china?) He himself bought another blade, gave this one to me.

Plan to use the 2 rubbers I have on hand to give it a run.

A gift? So like a present?
I've been searching online for hours and I can't find any blades with this branding on it at the back.
And when my friend gave it to me, it was just the blade itself. A bit dusty and just old looking.
Is it rare?

Same handle design with a different lens. It appears this design is mostly exported to Eastern Europe, so yours is pretty rare with those extra characters!

Found one picture from a Chinese site. Judging from the old line art of H3, this design is pretty old, probably from mid-2000s.
