Carbon blades

Right now I have a DHS pg 7 blade with 2.1 mm rubber on each side(t 64 & bryce speed FX) I love to loop and smash not much spin but I was thinking of switching to the DHS pg 12 with glass carbon in it but would it make my game better if I used 1.9 mm sponge with the new stiffer blade

stiffer blade with less sponge=same speed .but you have to play with it to be sure.

it seems to have more control when smashing, but may be a little more difficult to loop
