I also recently picked up an XVT Dragon ALC. It's similar to my V14 Pro but just a tad slower. Not as cheap as the CC ($12 on Ali), but at $26 is still a cheaper option than the V14 Pro, if that matters to you at all.
can you tell me which version of the fang bo carbon it is cause there is the carbon, b2, b2x. 😄
I have the B2. Fang Bo Carbon is the same blade as the B2, just some people call it by different name.
B2X is thicker and stiffer, so you probably lose some of the feel and dwell time.
if you would rank these blades from best to worst in terms of spin and control and will be more suitable with the mantra or similar type of rubbers what will be your rankings?-v14 pro-fang bo carbo b2-xvt dragon alc-v14-pro 01
For spin/control, I would rank
1) Fang Bo carbon. This is a inner alc blade, so it has the most woody dwell time
2) Pro 01 alc. This is a outer alc blade, but quite thin
3) V14Pro. outer alc blade slightly thicker than the Pro01. So it gets better speed than the 01
4) XVT ALC. Unusual blade that uses Koto as both the outer layer and medial layer resulting in stiffness

Agree with everything Michael said except #4. The XVT Dragon ALC does not have koto as both the outer and medial layers. Koto on the outer layer but not medial. I'm literally looking at my Dragon ALC as I'm writing this and it's clear they are different types of wood.
very very stiff and too fast
I don't find it too fast, I like the extra little punch. But I do find it rather stiff and the throw angle is very straight. I find that it suits my BH very well, but not quite good fit for FH.
Bro I'm using pro01 and wanna upgrade for more power. V14 pro is a better choice for upgrading or is there any other blades pls give some options bro price around 200-400 Yuan thanksBetween the Pro 01 and V14 Pro, I personally would prefer the V14. It's a little thicker and faster. But overall, quite similar.
Fang Bo Carbon handle is slightly small, but it fits me perfectly. If you are large person and want a bigger handle, then the V14 might be better. It has a larger handle. If you are like 5'8 and below and are on the smaller side of human, then the Fang Bo fits perfectly. For me, the Fang Bo fits better and feels better in my hand than the V14, because I am smaller.

How about yinhe d715? Is there anyone have experience with this blade? Bro I don't know exactly how much my blade is weighing. I'm using this blade with fh ju3 h39 and bh yinhe earth2 med. maybe I feel like slow and need more power full blade bec I am playing with some of my friends who are using fzd szlc blade with rozenaHow heavy is your Pro01? Before trying something new I would get a heavier one (if one likes heavy blades and it's not already weighing say 95g). 5g to 10g more weight make a good difference.
If you like something faster with a thick handle: 729 Blue Advance. Some say it's more a SALC than an ALC. At least mine is fast, thick (6.1mm), heavy (98g) and head heavy. Too fast and too head heavy for my liking.
In fact a slower blade will force or invite hitting while a fast blade will invite touch blocking that makes things worseA faster setup doesn't necessary mean the player will become more aggressive. The setup allows the ball to be faster with merely block or some other defensive strokes. Without proper coaching, the players' techniques may tend to be more defensive.
But you have been training for 4 years, it seems you should have gone to a faster racket for a long time.
V14 Pro is a tiny bit slower than Pro 01, so check out T2s perhaps. It's a bit more lightweight and faster.Bro I'm using pro01 and wanna upgrade for more power. V14 pro is a better choice for upgrading or is there any other blades pls give some options bro price around 200-400 Yuan thanks
