Craziest Rallies of 2017 Month by Month!

This year will follow the similar tradition whereby we follow the best table tennis points and shots from around the world, month by month in this topic! This is the topic where we all get to find outstanding, amazing, interesting and CRAZY rallies. If you see a rally and think it should be watched by everyone, I mean, by the whole world, post it here. Hopefully 2017 will be the CRAZIEST year for table tennis ever!

Robinot changes hands at 0:16. Amazing save by Samsonov when Robinot curls around the netpost, and a weird trajectory ensues.

On one axis, we find topspin and underspin (backspin). On another axis, we find sidespin (left and right). What do we call spin on the remaining axis, i.e. what you get by scooping up the ball while brushing it sideways?

That is corkscrew which is also considered sidespin because, when the ball bounces, it bounces to the side. In in the flight of the ball, in corkscrew spin, the ball flies pretty much straight.

Man, what a magical touch. That's what we love so much about Niwa.
Too bad (or actually good for Dima) that he doesn't do things like that more often.
After such an amazing shot I would've been cho'ing and running around the whole box.
And Niwa? He stays cool as if it was nothing.

Would definitely appreciate more compilations of highlights!

That being said, we've enjoyed quite a few separate threats related to high-class events, with a lot of scha-weeeeet table tennis goodness in them. And, being the spoiled brat that I am, I fully expect the current Korea Open event to yield a harvest right up there.
