customize blade and rubber recommendation for intermediate level player

dear mentors,

I have been playing table tennis around 3-4 years not proffessionaly, but for recrational purpose with very normal $4-$5 price ranged racket. but recently I am using killerspin 800n1 around 8 months, having some inconsistance in continuous topsin, looping and almost every stroke. I know how to do topspin, drive, block or chop but I need consistance.

after browsing several sites I came in a conclusion, I will buy

blade:stiga allround classic
fh: nittaku hurricane 3 neo (2mm thick red)
bh: spindlord waran(1.8mm black)

asking help will I go for fh h3 neo, bh waran or something else how about
NITTAKU Flyatt Hard 1.8 mm for bh or skyline.

I would prefer control over every shot.

Isn't waran an sp?? All around classic is fine
If you can find sanwei taiji, use them both sides and you can jse it easier than hurricane 3.
