Dandoy bio booster

Hey Guys,

I have been using dignics 09c on forehand and very happy with it. Some high level players say that hybrid rubbers like dignics 09c, rakza z hard, tibhar k3 etc. are even better if you boost them with one layer of belgium booster like dandoy bio booster. Is that true? Has anyone on this forum tried this booster with these hybrid rubbers.Please share.

Never tried dandoy booster specifically. But I did lightly boost a D09c sheet once, and I felt it did become faster, bouncier, easier to use.

I think with one layer the rubber still is has good control and has good short game but sponge becomes a little elastic so rubber becomes better away from the table and bouncy but still retains the original properties.

Someone told me this. But, I wanted to get opinion of others too as 09c is expensive and didn’t wanna ruin a sheet.

Ok, well I say go ahead and booster your D09c. I don't think you will ruin it. Hard sponges like D09c will benefit from booster.

If you are worried, just start with 1 layer.

I used Taiji booster. But I'm quite sure any booster would be safe

dynaryz zgr is that kind of rubber like 09c, hybrid k3 etc.
i boosted once because shrinked. became faster and softer, i feel more spin and more control on opening loops but not thaaat much, just a lil bit, the most present effect for me is the feeling, i could feel more the ball. but boosting effect not last that much for me, i practice everyday so in 10-15 days i feel the rubber is normal again.

Did you use one layer of booster? After 10-15 days the rubber went back to the unboosted condition or did it become worse?

I found 1 layer of Revolution no. 3 x-treme power booster made quite a big difference to 09C.

Faster, more responsive, just generally better really.
Normally I find the effects of this booster to be fairly subtle, but long lasting. It had much more of an effect on the 09C than anything else I've tried it on.

Based on the comments I think 1 layer should be good for hybrid rubbers like 09c as it becomes softer with more feeling, spin and speed. More than 1 layer will make the rubber too soft and lose control I think. So I guess I will try putting 1 layer. If anyone else tried too please let me know

I heard that Haifu is good for Chinese rubbers but too strong for esn or hybrid rubbers.

I don't really know what strong means in this case. I can say that Haifu softens the sponge less than FTL

two. is a different feeling, i cant tell you its worse but once i played boosted certainly i can tell you that after this time the rubber just play different, is like dead or something, is not like the rubber boosted is a tenergy 05 speed and after 15 days is hurricane 3 speed, not like that.

but i can tell you that have a difference on speed and control. is slower, and less bouncier.

Yep. You better try it for yourself and build experience (and share of course ☺️) Boosting have become quite a personal thing. For example the best player in our club is playing with a heavily boosted T5FX on a Clipper.....which( between us) is like swinging a jellyfish, but who am I to judge him since he can wipe me out any way he likes
