I tried it tonight. Very surprised, the BH behaved very differently from what it does on the Yinhe 05. The SS 45º is a very tensorish rubber and I live it on the 05, but here, it's arc was too low, and I was feeling ''the wood'' too much. Quite disappointed.

Then I switched to my other acB glued with LAC blue sponge boosted and Gewo Inventus 47,5º. It felt perfect. With the LAC BS, I had the perfect mix between normal LAC and the H3 I boosted too much. I'll probably play with that setup during my next tournament.

by feeling the wood too much do you mean you feel more vibrations on the AC-B compared to Pro 05?

My setups will be :
  1. Arthur China blue sponge boosted + Gewo Inventus 47,5º
  2. DHS Skyline Prov 39º + Gewo Codexx 52º, both boosted
  3. On the 1465Hz blade, H3 Prov BS 39º boosted + Gewo Superselect 45º (but maybe it's worth also glueing my Fastarc G1 next)
For now, setup 1 is the one I'll go for my next tournament. I'm going on holidays and and I'll go back to training in 2 weeks.

Blue is better for the long term, since it has unlimited power potential. Orange is better for BH usually. Buy from prott.vip, they sell Provincial Blue Sponge for quite a bit cheaper than TT11
Well, can we actually tap that unlimited potential?
OS is actually mlre forgiving, iirc. Better get that, and enjoy as it supports our less than stellar technique.

Blue sponge will help you with your technique since it is less forgiving. My technique has improved massively with blue sponge

Unboosted, yes. You have to make up for the shortcoming of the rubber with stellar technique. Boosted? No way.

If you are going to improve your stroke, get a super friendship 729, and play with it out of package immediately.

Boosted H3 Blue sponge is considered, by quite a lot of ppl, to be the best FH rubber

Which I agree. It doesn't help with your technique tho. What untapped potential is there if cant be used to its fullest potential?
It does in the way that it forces you to adapt and have good technique in order to unlock its potential. It took me quite a while of struggle before i was able to at least be spinny and powerful enough to make my opponent very uncomfortable

I just bought Hurricane King AcB :) Do you have any recomendations for a Rubber that suits it well ? I am looking for something controllable. I was thinking about Nuzn 50 or Omega 8 China.
How is the Arc of H.K AcB ?
H3 BS forehand and 09c BH would be nice. Maybe even H8-20 too.

The arc is a little higher than Viscaria imo
