Can someone compare Yinhe big dipper black 38 degrees (i have boosted this with 1 and 2 layers of falco tempo long) to Hurricane 3 neo blue sponge provincial boosted with 2 layers. I especially want to know about how effortless these two are, how fast, how much they need power to use and how easy to use they are. I suppose h3 is spinnier.

Thanks!

I can compare h3 neo 41 and bd 39. Bd feels harder to me and faster. H3 bites quite a bit more, counters are easier with bd. Feeling and touch is a million times better with h3. Top end, h3 is spinnier, faster and has better feel. Big dipper is nice if you want a bit better speed put of the box and ease of use, slow loops feel a bit unstable with bd. I prefer h3, I feel it's more versatile.

My experience. BD is a bit more direct, little bit more bounce, and like you said, H3 more spin, more tacky than BD and more control.
Friend of mine who plays with D09c likes the H3 more than the BD when he played with two of my blades.
I like BD more

just a side question
I thought Falco Tempo Long for ESN like rubbers
Seamoon for Chinese rubbers
Is that so?

Falco is designed for esn, works reasonably well with everything, doesn't have too strong of an effect on chinese rubbers and doesn't change the feeling.
Seamoon works wonders on chinese rubbers, gives great feeling, and does very well on everything else too.
Butterfly rubbers are finicky with boosters and get destroyed easily, seamoon seems to work fine, while people say that falco destroys them.

I see it recommended often for BH. Does it need booster to play bh, and does it pair well with H3N on fh?

How does BD differ from your Glayzer on the same bat?

Big dipper 38 unboosted was dead. Unusable for me. Ball didn't go anywhere with it. So much better with booster. Could have been older sheet or bad one.

Glayzer is faster and not that spinny. Bd feels slow and dead in my bh. Glayzer feels easier to use but not as spinny.

Could D09C be good option for my fh? I am looking more effortless fh rubber. Our clubs floor is very slippery and impossible to get power from legs enough.

So I have been playing with the Big Dipper 39 (unboosted) for 6 months. Feel comfortable with it but the plan to use BD was always to transition toward Hurricane Neo 3.

I am planning on putting on H3N OS 39 (unboosted) for the first time (have tried H3N on people's blades and loved its feeling). My thinking is try unboosted and see how playable/unplayable it is before trying to boost.

For those in the know, what should I be realistically expecting?

It'll be slower and more demanding to use. Most players will probably find BD easier to play with and more accessible

imho BD is more bounce than H3, not much.. BD leans more toward ESN-ish but with a sticky top sheet.
H3 orange sponge is just as easy to play, even boosted. It's a bit slower than BD, but it feels softer, more like the ball sinks in the rubber. When you whip the ball with your wrist, it generates a lot of spin. BD will bounce faster off the rubber.
