I always warm-up before league matches or tournaments running for a while and doing some stretchings.
When doing it, I usually listen to my favorite music, specially music that motivates me or cheers me up. I think that it helps me to forget about the pressure, increase my heart rate and activate my body. My favorite music is punk rock, that might explain it too haha
