Durability of D80 and D64?

Hi,

I am interested in the durability of dignics 80 and dignics 64. Like many others I have played with d05 and d09c before, and they both last me forever, especially d05

As I understand, d80 and d64 play alot softer than d05? how is the durability affected by that? if they last as long as d05 (a whole season in my case), I can justify trying them out.

I'm not sure why durability would be any different. The materials are the same, according to Butterfly only the pips are different

The pips do degrade a bit differently but that comes down to personal style IMHO. Not enough to make the claim that one is far more durable than the other except maybe you are an extreme brush player.
