Hello, I play with a Lin goayuan alc and two bluestorm pro max. I'm an advanced player.
I'd like a slightly slower racket, I've tried inner blades, and dignics05 which has less of a catapult effect.
What would you recommend?
What do you mean by 'advanced player', what is your ranking?
What is too fast specifically, the blade, the rubbers or both.
How long did you play with the D05 and how did you find it?
D05 is a beast of a rubber and relatively difficult to activate and use properly. I can't imagine it being many people's solution to finding a slower racket but I guess that depends on technique and skill level.
There are too many possibilities for anyone to reliably recommend anything with such little info.
What did you use before Lin Goayuan alc and two bluestorm pro max?
Is there anything you would go back to?

I train 3/4 times a week.

The bluestorms seem a little too dynamic for me, and I didn't feel the catapult effect as much with the dignics 05.

I've tested an inner blade, which allows me to be less restrained in doing what I want. But sometimes it doesn't activate.

Does the dignics05 still require a lot of commitment to activate?
I felt better short-handed with it but less distant from the table.

This doesn't necessarily mean you're an advanced player but I suppose different ppl have different definitions for this.

Dignics 05 has harder sponge so you don't get the same bounce from the rubber as with a blue storm or Tenergy.

Inner blades are also not as stiff as typical ALC composition blades and offer a more forgiving impact. I use an innerforce ALC myself.
It 'activates' if you get enough racket speed with proper technique and timing. An advance player can usually extract this from the blade consistently.

Yes. The harder you hit the more you get from it, and really advanced players can get A LOT from it!

Short game is easier because of the harder sponge, ball is easier to control as it doesn't jump off the rubber so easily.
But distance from table requires that you hit the ball with good technique and racket speed because there's no 'cheap' speed given from the sponge. You have to generate your own speed but for us amateurs there is basically no ceiling on its upper limits. You'd have to be Hugo Calderano to find that.

I feel a sensible setup might be an inner ALC (or something similar) with some Rakza 7s or Rozenas on it.
