7 layers
Limba outside, then Certran fiber, Limba again and Ayous core

Certran is also marketed under the name Dyneema, as used by Tibhar

Made in China, quite attractively priced at € 69,90 on official Donic site
And we are sure Coton plays with it lol?

Not sure because he play with it since he is a kid, surely donic wouldn’t give a 14 yo child a custom blade right ?
Coton is 17 now, do you think that as he has risen the ranks that his equipment sponsor wouldn't give him customizations or specializations to help his performance?

Maybe they did, maybe they didn´t.

The question from the first post have been answered, as far as concerns the commercially available version.

That´s all that can be done really...
It's a worthy discussion, maybe if OP knows that there is a decent chance that Coton's actual blade and the market version are similar in name only, he won't want to buy it anymore. Or maybe not.

Well sure, maybe, but from the picture above it seems that even tho he probably has tweaks on his blade, it is not an « ALC » type of blade and therefore, I was interested in a feedback on this particular blade. Maybe someone here knows a blade with similar composition ?

Pros always get a chance to pick the best out of a bunch, so it all comes down to how much you trust the Donic quality control process. This is why Butterfly is generally more trusted than other brands, even with what they charge, you can be fairly confident you are getting a reasonable blade most of the time and one that isn't too far from what other pros are using, even if the one specifically used by the branded pro might have other features of interest.

I don't believe Coton is using a standard/commercial AR*/OFF- blade...because how he's playing in the matches I see.
