Forehand Topspin

Hello! I am having trouble topspinning a backspin and placing it on the table. How can I develop these skills?

Instead of directly contacting the ball, try using the grip of your racket to bite the ball and brush it over the table. It doesn't have to be that fast, first just focus on getting it in.
