I have a question. On the side, like the HL3-L mark, there is normally a big number like W506-52380957 or whatever but there is nothing carved into this one. This blade is also not sealed correct?

This is a regular commercial HL3, originally purchased from fastpaddle.com, and it came without that long code on the side (whose font and looks are discussed in great detail when people sell "national" versions of these blades). The blade is not sealed.
