I have no idea if it's real or fake but the differing thickness does look strange to me, as does the questionable finish on the handle...
Can I ask, why buy from ProTT?
Isn't that stuff almost the same price as buying new from Butterfly?

I played with it yesterday.

Its very similar to a LYJ super zlc fish scale . 09C both sides but nearly 0 dwell time , if you don't fully commit to all swings , ball is going to the net, This might be something specific to fish scale.

Blade is 93 gramas but weight distribution is fully in handle, it feels light as 180g racket, even tho its 194g

Overwall its fun to use.

What is fishscale?

A nicer looking koto surface. Usually indicating that the wood was quarter sawn 1) but also shows afaik the tiny density and hardness variations

1) https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Quarter_sawing "Quarter-sawn boards have greater stability of form and size with less cupping (compared to flatsawn boards), shrinkage across the width, shake and splitting, and other good qualities.[1] In some woods such as oak, the wood grain produces a decorative effect which shows a prominent ray fleck, while sapele is likely to produce a ribbon figure."

I can tell you 100% that fishscale makes the surface harder, nearly no dwell time. I had 4 FZD ALC, one of them fish scale.

Hi,
My FZD with fishscale, the guy I bought it off raved about fishscale.
I measured it at 1450 hz, mine has some dwell. I think both sides of my blade outer wood is fairly close to the same depth.
However my Marcos Frietas alc is different - like yours, one slightly thicker the other thinner. With the same rubbers, I found one side is slightly harder and direct and the other side slightly softer more dwell, so I think it makes a slight difference. I use the more harder one for forehand the softer one for backhand. I don't think it has changed the performance much overall.

Do you feel more control and feeling in the other FZD blades? Dwell ?? Or are they all similar except one feels harder? Thanks
