I didn't use it, but read a hungarian review. http://pingpongoldal.hu/asztalitenisz-felszereles-tesztek/giant-dragon-karate-teszt/
It says that its an european type rubber, very grippy and not tacky. When you remove it from the blade, it can easily split. Sponge is similar to Mambo H's sponge, only a little softer. Plays good in everything, but great in nothing. Average spin. Speed is between old need-the-speedglue european rubbers (like Sriver L, Mark V etc.) and current built-in-speedglue-effect rubbers (Tenergy, Vega Pro, Acuda etc.). Good for training.

I don't like any of the Giant Dragon products because they are too expensive. It kills the reason to look for a cheap alternative when similar european rubber is available at discounted prices. I remember investigating the Karate Hard before and 1) Giant Dragon products are hard to find compared to DHS/729 2) The price is laughable when for extra fiver you can get a Bluefire or even Accuda/Nimbus/Aurus/Rhyzm for the same price

They seem to be based in Spain or something judging by their official website, which can explain the higher prices for the market they are targeting.
