For performance? I haven't noticed, apart from if you completely mess up the glue job and part of it isn't fully adhered. DHS and Loki sure claim theirs does, but I don't know.
For your sanity and continued sanity? Yeah.
If you boost or change rubbers often, you're gonna want something that isn't a complete pain to apply, isn't a complete pain to remove and adheres well even if the rubber is a little domed. Bonus points if it doesn't smell like piss and doesn't flake into a million pieces when you touch it. Extra bonus points when it doesn't flow like oil and get all over your topsheet, your underwear, your computer, your dog and or cat and or lizard and or bird and or etc.
DHS N15 is great, but expensive for what it is. The tube is handy for getting the last bit out, and it seems to generate more glue when squeezed, as long as you let it recharge between days.
I'm trying out Suke right now and I'm impressed. If it comes off in one motion then I'm not looking back.
Liulan was overall crap, stay away. Watery, weak, you need to put on a million layers and they all take forever to dry and it smells like piss and flakes like crazy and flows like water.
Norisuke-san was easy to use but super expensive for what it is.
Loki is fine, not great, fine, a bit like a worse N15.
I've also used Vario Clean in the past, but I don't know how they make it now. I found it very strong and probably not the best for repeated removal and re-gluing. Probably made in the same factory as Free Chack.
