I want a shakehand FL blade with:
Vibration for feedback
Crisp Sound
Can Serve Spinny
Can push heavy underspin
Good close to mid distance
Aggresive Play
handle like viscaria, fzd or zjk
using H3 fh and bh

A lot of your points are rubber dependent.
But the hardest combination here is H3 and distance, with vibration because vibration is basically lost energy.

If you want something like a Viscaria, why not a Viscaria?

I was thinking about Innerforce ZLC. It has everything you required, until you mentioned using H3 on both sides.

ALC seems to be a more popular combination with H3. But ALC dampens vibrations more.
