I'm new to table tennis and I've been training for 6 months, at the moment I'm trying to improve my forehand topspin, but I end up not being able to put much spin and speed on the ball. Is my technique decent for someone who has been training for 6 months? What can I change to get more spin and speed?

It seems that you developed very good FH in such a short time. Congratulations!

I think you are loosing power and balance by loosing ground contact. Try to stay on the ground. Jumping shouldn't be part of forehand technique. You kinda jump and not transferring power from right leg to left leg. You kinda turn around your axis rather than playing forward.

Weight should be on right leg on preparation phase, and on left leg on end phase. Yours is not on left leg properly on end phase.

Now i'm mainly focusing in make the movement more natural and less stiff, so i can put more spin.

Stay relaxed, try to hit it while gripping your handle just enough so it won't fly, let your rubber work. This should result in a slower spinny shot. Do the same with faster swing speed.
After that try the same, but give a little more tension in your hand on impact for more power.
Also you can try to work with elbow: streched arm while going back, bending it while hitting. Or keep it mostly streched out for a more chinese style.
In tabletennis it is important to try all these things and see what works for you. But stay relaxed, be free.
You are on a good path already :)

Can you help me out with backhand topspin?
I'm trying to put a bit more force in these strokes to engage more the sponge, since i've changed to dignics 05 wich is a bit harder than my previous one. So now i'm trying to twist my waist while using abs so i can generate more force, should i also use my left leg to push foward? Making the movement a bit similar to forehand, or keeping the stroke compact, using only abs and waist is better?

I would say not bad kid, not bad at all kiddo. Since you say specifically how to get more spin & speed.
1. Bend knees lower to get lower center of gravity and push your legs upwards to accelerate through your swing.
2. Use the torque from your waist and accelerate through your swing.
3. Use Dignics 09C.
4. If you do not want to do item 1 - 3, it is still good. All good, your stroke is already functional.

The ball is not a fragile object to be treated with utmost care, its a wild beast that needs to be tamed with decisiveness.

The ball taunts those of the weak mind; it disrespects those of the weak body. But do not misunderstand, for the ball wants to be your friend, it just needs to test your resolve to see if you're worthy.

The ball wants you to understand its language, it wants to communicate. It does not understand why you're afraid of being mean to it. It comes close to you, wanting to feel your blade, but it sees your lukewarm effort and returns in dejection.

The ball is puzzled. Do you not like the ball? The ball tries again, and again, hoping you'll understand its intentions, but every time, the result is an underwhelming, dissapointing thud. The ball wants to sing, it requests that you be capable of making it sing.

Can you make it sing? It won't compain. The ball will sing for as long as you dare to accompany it. It wants your legs to be spent, for your arms to shake with fatigue, to see your towel soaked with sweat.

Can you make it sing? It won't break. In fact, any breakage of the ball resulting from a brutal spanking is a feat of massive proportions to be bragged about to your grandchildren.

Just hit the ball.

For BH:underarm, wrist and legs are crucial. Start low in your (hopefull) normal position and go up with the strengh of your legs. Like a jump but dont leave the ground, extremely put. Flicking the wrist will also give you the last acceleration percentages. Usually BH is played infront of your body so twisting isn't really necessary.
Also with a Rubber as hard as D05 it might not be as easy to activate your sponge and just slap it by accident.
Same principle for FH and BH with the way you grip your bat, loose grip-> slow spin, tight grip-> power
