help me to choose my backhand rubber, NUZN 45 or Thibar MK FX ?

Hello guys, I am used to very hard backhand rubber (D09C, D05...) and tried a soft one for fun on a friend's bat and DAMN it WAS fun !!! I am considering to try one, probably NUZN 45 or Thibar MK FX, can anyone tell me which is the best rubber ? I value spin insensitivity and durability the most ! Thanks !

They are not very different, I swear to which one is fastest but I judge Nuzn to have a little less spin capability, thus being less spin sensitive.

For me I really like Hybrid MK. However I was waiting for TT11 to have them on weekly special and then Nuzn 45 turned up instead so I got them and are playing with them right now, I like them too so I am no longer sure but its not a big adjustment. I have both and we will see which one I will use next time.

My advice would be. If You rely a lot on spin (I don't) choose Hybrid MK,. if not it doesn't matter much...

That said, even a slight advantage for the MK has to be balanced against the durability.

But while there is a major difference between NUZN 50/55 over K3 in that respect, it´s not as bad between 45 and MK.

I would also be able to change between them easily and I like the MK a lot, but my choice would still be NUZN.

Imo, MK (any version: FX, regular, Pro) is an incredible BH hybrid that beats any hybrid on the market for non-pros. Unfortunately, it's not durable, meanwhile NUZN is cherished for having good durability. But NUZN 45 is less lively and spinny.
You have to choose what's more important to you: performance or durability

I used O8 Euro before Z2 SV, it was a good rubber, durable and all but I like Z2 SV a lot more. Maybe it's because my BH is more of a hitting style and the Hammond really rewards going all in (but it has given me the confidence to brush more the ball because I feel a lot more control of what the ball will do). For what I felt, O8 Euro was more of a brushing rubber. Depends on what do you do with your BH the most. But all of my club members said I "improved" my BH after the change, and I notice that I'm getting a lot more points with my BH. But again, Z2 SV might be a nice match with me but not with you. I really recommend you to try it though

How is Nuzn 50 on the forehand? Could you compare it to other rubbers like Dignics 05, Dignics 80, Dignics 09C, and the original Nittaku G-1?

Right now I’m using Nuzn 48 on my backhand and it works very well. I’ve also tried it on my forehand and it feels really nice, but I’m thinking about switching to Nuzn 50 🙂

Same experience for me, on the backhand it feels very good, forehand a bit too soft and high throwing but it counterloops really nicely, I was surprised about this

NUZN 48 and 45 use the technology of NUZN 55 and 50, with reduced power but identical durability, different sponge thicknesses, at a lower price.
So if you like 48, expect more of everything.

I would suggest Tibhar MK not FX, Andro Nuzn 48, or Tibhar K3 FX, or DONIC Bluegrip S1.
