Trouble Maker Carl, the Trapdoor Wiretapper, would advise you to get an Allround Evolution and call it a day.

If you did that, I would advise you to modify it by taking off a handle and filling in the huge empty space in the handle with a bunch of filler pieces of small metal and totally fill it with glue and put back on the handle. That turns that sucker into an Offensive Evolution right up your alley.

You could give the Stiga Offensive Classic a go, it's within your price range and is a well produced blade, good control with it's wood plies but a decent level of speed to give that added bit of punch when you are in attack mode :)
