Help with new blade from Inner Carbon to Outer Carbon

Hello everyone, i've been using IF ALC for quite some time and I enjoy the blade. But lately i'm having issues "activating" the carbon whenever I want so I thought of moving to an Outer Carbon blade.
I'm afraid those Viscaria type blades would be too fast for me, so i've been thinking to get a Outer fiber blade or Outer Carbon with Limba outerply since I enjoy Limba and I don't like head heavy blades . Could you give me any recommendations?
Blades that I'm tending to get: OuterForce ALC, Freitas ALC.
