How to chop competently

Any good youtube tutorials on the basics and stroke, how to practice etc for how to chop properly (wrist, elbow, how to use body, etc...)? Would like to add this into my game now that I'm using anti. I'm currently almost hopeless at this stroke lol.

I think right leg a bi infront, turn up the whole body, have the racket high and extend elbow. I believe most important part is the use the whole body, only arm is no good. There are videos with joo see heuk explaining the stroke. Message again if you looked but did not find any.

Search youtube for Shiono. He had a whole set of videos training an up and coming chopper. The series offers probably a complete catalog of chop strokes. Not anti, but the concepts are similar. If you can't find them, let me know - I have the links saved somewhere.
