How to use the tracking website from tabletennis11?

Hi everyone,
Recently, i have put in an order for some new rubbers. However, they gave me a tracking number to help me track where my package is and how much longer. I have tried using the website, but can't figure out where to put the code into. BTW, I live in the USA.
